Project questions

Do we need an architect?

For structural changes and additions, usually yes, and we coordinate directly with them. For kitchens and bathrooms our design lead handles it in-house.

Can we live in the house during work?

For a kitchen or bathroom, often yes. For a whole-house renovation, almost never, and we will be honest about that in the proposal rather than after demolition.

How far out are you booking?

Typically three to five months for projects over $150,000, less for bathrooms. Design phase can start sooner.

What warranty do you give?

Two years on workmanship in writing, plus manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures. We return for warranty work; it is not an argument.
