For structural changes and additions, usually yes, and we coordinate directly with them. For kitchens and bathrooms our design lead handles it in-house.
For a kitchen or bathroom, often yes. For a whole-house renovation, almost never, and we will be honest about that in the proposal rather than after demolition.
Typically three to five months for projects over $150,000, less for bathrooms. Design phase can start sooner.
Two years on workmanship in writing, plus manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures. We return for warranty work; it is not an argument.
